• ask her to raise both arms and keep them lifted,
• ask her to repeat a simple sentence,
• observe whether she remains alert and able to follow commands.

Ny. M remains conscious, but her speech is unclear and her right arm cannot be lifted normally compared with the left.

The findings support concern for an acute focal neurological deficit and require urgent interpretation.
