Guide the daughter/midwife through a simple neurological assessment on camera

You ask the daughter and village midwife to help position the camera so you can observe Ny. M’s face, speech, and upper-limb movement.

You guide them through several simple observations:

  • ask Ny. M to smile and show her teeth,
  • ask her to raise both arms and keep them lifted,
  • ask her to repeat a simple sentence,
  • observe whether she remains alert and able to follow commands.

Ny. M remains conscious, but her speech is unclear and her right arm cannot be lifted normally compared with the left.

The findings support concern for an acute focal neurological deficit and require urgent interpretation.

You explain the current concern and urgency about patient clinical condition, and ask midwife and daughter to take patient to the closest ER for immediate treatment
